Bend It Like Beckham director Gurinder Chadha is on the lookout for another Keira Knightley to guarantee the success of her next movie.

The Indian film-maker, whose 2002 soccer movie launched Knightley's career, claims she has the knack for finding potential superstars.

She says, "I'm hoping to discover the next Keira for my new project - I've got the knack."

Chadha, whose new project is based on author LOUISE RENNISON-ANGUS' children's books THONGS AND FULL FRONTAL SNOGGING and ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, I'M NOW THE GIRLFRIEND OF A SEX GOD, admits she hopes to work with Knightley again one day.

She adds, "You work with different actors and actresses and move on.

"We don't keep in touch with each other - but I've certainly not ruled out working with her again."
