Losing track of the upcoming DC Comics movies? We're here to help you out with that, and stop you getting confused with Marvel. All you need to know right now is that 'Suicide Squad' comes this summer and we'll be seeing a lot more of Batman and Superman over the next four years.

Suicide Squad'Suicide Squad' is coming this August

Here's the DC schedule so far:

More: Watch the trailer for 'Suicide Squad'

Suicide Squad (August 5th 2016) - Of course, the next DC flick coming up is this supervillain bonanza starring Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Cara Delevingne as Enchantress. Directed by David Ayer, it marks the first of it's kind - a kind of anti-Justice League thrust together to fight the very evil they spawned from. They haven't got much chance of survival, but it's either this or a lifelong stretch in prison.

Gal Gadot as Wonder WomanGal Gadot will return as Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman (June 2nd 2017) - We got our first glimpse of Gal Gadot as this ancient Amazonian warrior in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice', where she actually seemed to be the highlight of the whole movie, and we won't have to wait too long to see her in all her glory. She has a lot to live up to though if she wants to be the new Diana Prince.

The Justice League Part One & Part Two (November 17th 2017 & June 14th 2019) - Move aside Marvel and take your Avengers with you, there's a new hero ensemble on the way. It's probably pretty obvious who's going to make up the Justice League in this two-part series directed by Zack Snyder; Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman of course, but then there's also Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg.

The Flash (March 16th 2018) - This will no doubt be scrutinised by fans of The CW show who will be deciding just how Ezra Miller fares against the show's own Grant Gustin. So far, we don't know much about the plot apart from the fact that it will explore just how Barry Allen acquired his powers of super-speed.

Aquaman (July 27th 2018) - He's arguably the most mocked DC character of them all, but Jason Momoa is working to change that. Aquaman has gone from bright gold and green with pretty-boy blonde locks, to a rugged, bearded tattooed warrior of the sea with a permanent scowl. And he's darn sexy for it. James Wan directs the movie which will also star Amber Heard as love interest Mera.

Shazam! (April 5th 2019) - It might sound like an impossible feat to not make this movie cheesy as hell, but Dwayne Johnson has been enlisted as the villainous Black Adam in this tale about a young boy who can transform into not only an adult, but an adult with super-powers with just one word. Wish we could do the same.

Cyborg (April 3rd 2020) - Another member of the Justice League is also getting his own stand alone movie; Ray Fisher stars as this half-robot half-human Victor Stone and has already made a cameo in the 'Batman V Superman' movie.

Green Lantern Corps (July 24th 2020) - Ryan Reynolds has 'Daredevil' under his belt now so it's unlikely we'll see him return to the 'Green Lantern' reboot despite his 2011 venture. Described as 'an alien interstellar police force', this is a brand new look at one of DC's favourite heroes.

Ben Affleck as BatmanA new Batman movie is also being negotiated

Untitled Batman Reboot - We've no idea when we can expect Batman to hit our screens again in a brand new Gotham quest, but it's definitely coming. And if it's not as good as Christopher Nolan's 'Dark Knight' trilogy starring Christian Bale, there's going to be some real disappointment.
