Ben Affleck has created a shoe line for charity.
The actor-and-director has collaborated with shoe company Toms to launch a line of fashionable footwear to benefit his own charitable organisation, the Eastern Congo initiative.
The limited edition shoe line is made from colourful Congolese textiles and $5 for every pair sold will be donated to the Eastern Congo Initiative, which supports communities in the Congo, and a pair of shoes will also be donated to a child in need with every purchase.
The philanthropic actor recently lived on just $1.50 a day to raise funds for the Live Below the Line charity campaign, which aims to help people living in poverty.
Ben isn't the only charitable star launching fashion lines for good causes, however. The actor's former fiancée and 'Gigli' co-star Jennifer Lopez released a fashion line for Kohl's department store earlier this year.
The range, which included ''fashionable, on-trend apparel, accessories and gifts'', was part of the company's Kohl's Cares initiative and a portion of the proceeds from every sale was donated to fight breast cancer.
