The Beatles legend Ringo Starr is releasing a new electronic book showcasing unseen photographs of the band that he captured during their 1960s heyday.
The Love Me Do hitmaker has created an interactive multimedia ebook, titled Photograph, which features intimate snaps of the musicians during their first U.S. tour, as well as their fabled trip to India, and their final days together as a group.
The ebook features 69 audio stories and 11 exclusive videos, with music, animation and new interviews with the drummer.
He revealed to People.com that many of the snaps were only just rediscovered "in boxes we brought home after my mother died". He adds, "We thought, 'I wonder what she's got!'"
Photograph is slated to be available for download on iTunes next month (Jun13).
