Digitally remastered recordings of the Beatles' original catalogue, including never-before-heard studio chat by the band, will go on sale in September.
The albums have been remastered by a team of engineers at EMI's Abbey Road Studios in London over a four-year period using new technology alongside vintage studio equipment to maintain the authenticity of the original analogue recordings.
They are due to be released on September 9th this year.
This will coincide with the release of The Beatles: Rock Band video game and two new Beatles boxed CD collections comprising all 12 Beatles albums.
Discussions are still ongoing regarding the digital distribution of the catalogue.
