Released on 4th December 2011 through Electric Blues Recordings 'Devil Takes Care Of His Own' is the first single from Band of Skulls second studio album. To support the release of the currently un-titled album Band Of Skulls are set to tour the UK through the start of 2012.
The new album sees Band of Skulls once again team up with producer Ian Davenport; they recorded the album at Rockfield studio in Monmouth and travelled to Los Angeles and New York to mix the album with Nick Launey (Nick Cave / PIL / Yeah Yeah Yeahs).
The three piece formed in South England in 2008 and released their debut album 'Baby Darling Doll Face Honey' the following year in April. The album produced by Ian Davenport was widely acclaimed in the press and featured the singles 'Death by Diamonds and Pearls', 'Light of the Morning' and 'I Know What I Am', each of which received radio play in the UK and US.
'Devil Takes Care Of His Own' will be available as a digital download and as a limited 7" picture disc.
