GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose is facing legal action from a car rental company over allegations he trashed a luxury Bentley he hired in 2006.
Officials at Bentley Financial Services have filed suit claiming the singer rented a Bentley Flying Spur and returned it in a terrible condition.
The legal papers, filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court, state the car had a cracked windshield, two damaged tyres, a broken tail light and dents all over the doors and bumper.
Rose is also accused of failing to pay $73,976 (£49,317) in rental fees, breaking the car's remote control key, and driving 42,397 miles (68,231 kilometres) over his contracted limit, according to TMZ.com.
