Teen star Avril Lavigne loves being able drink alcohol legally in her native Canada - but insists she will continue to booze underage in America.
The SK8TER BOI singer spends most of her time in the US and refuses to let the legal drinking age of 21 stop her from enjoying alcohol.
Lavigne, 19, says, "In Canada you have to be 19 to get into bars, so that's cool. I'm like whoo-hoo.
"It doesn't matter when I'm in the states where you have to be 21, I still go out. LA is the best for clubs."07/05/2004 02:08
