Avril Lavigne thinks Kylie Jenner did a ''really good job'' modelling her Abbey Dawn collection, and praised the teenager's ''edge''.
The 'What the Hell' hitmaker chose the 14-year-old star - the sister of her boyfriend Brody Jenner - to model for her Abbey Dawn collection at New York Fashion Week on Monday (12.09.11) and was delighted with the teenage star's efforts.
Avril said: "She did a really good job. I love her edge."
Kylie's catwalk show was witnessed by several members of her family, including sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, her brother Brody and Kim's new husband Kris Humphries, and the teenager admits she found it easier knowing her family were there.
Kylie said: "I loved having my family there. They made me so much more comfortable!"
For the show, Kylie sported dip-dyed hair and said she is thrilled with her new look.
She told People: "I'm obsessed with it. I did 'Rihanna red' over Spring Break, but I was just like, 'This isn't me!' "
The young star was later praised for her efforts by her family.
Kim tweeted: "She was so fab."
Brody posted on his page on the micro-blogging website: "She looked beautiful and was such a natural. Proud to be her brother."
