British pop trio Atomic Kitten are poised to become an unlikely success story in America - their eponymous US debut album is winning rave reviews stateside.

The sexy threesome, Liz Mcclarnon, Natasha Hamilton and Jenny Frost, have wowed British music fans for the past two years with a mixture of uplifting pop and cover versions.

Now the WHOLE AGAIN hitmakers are being tipped to become this summer's "sweetheart act" in the States, after launching themselves there.

A reviewer for the NEW YORK POST says, "There's no such beast as a sure thing - especially in pop music - but if you were to make a wager on this summer's sweetheart act, Atomic Kitten would be a beauty of a bet.

"Irresistible not only describes the good looks of this vocal trio, it fits its radio-ready snap that's been a staple on the English music scene for more than two years.

"This self-titled disc opens with IT'S OK, a number that sings how to survive the love dumpster. Although you really have to suspend your sense of reality to believe that any guy would ditch one of these Liverpool lasses, the tune is bright and catchy."
