Ashley Tisdale's stalker Nicholas Fiore has been arrested for violating his restraining order and contacting the actress via social media.
Ashley Tisdale's stalker has been arrested for violating his restraining order.
Nicholas Fiore is currently in police custody after contacting the 'Scary Movie V' star - who recently asked a judge to extend her temporary protection order against him, claiming she is terrified he will shoot her or her boyfriend Christopher French - via social media.
A Los Angeles law enforcement source told gossip website TMZ.com that Nicholas, who has sent the 27-year-old actress more than 18,000 tweets since 2012, has repeatedly violated the restraining order, which prohibits him for contacting Ashley and requires him to stay 100 yards away from her, since it was put in place.
The obsessed fan was arrested at his home on Friday (31.05.13).
The former 'High School Musical' star submitted a request 11 days ago to have her temporary restraining order against Nicholas, who showed up at her house twice and tried to gain access by pretending to be a deliveryman, extended because she fears he could cause severe bodily harm to her and her boyfriend.
In her request for a new order, submitted at Los Angeles' County Superior Court on May 21, the blonde beauty said that Nicholas is delusional and dangerous and she wants him to be ordered to stay at least 5,000 yards away from her at all times.
She said: ''If an immediate order is not granted ... [Fiore] will attempt to cause or cause severe bodily harm to myself and my boyfriend.''
A hearing has been set for June 5.
