Will Smith is to become the first guest on the new series of 'The Tonight Show' now hosted by Jimmy Fallon.

Fallon takes over Leno on the re-vamped show

The former 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' host was announced to replace Jay Leno on 'The Tonight Show' last year, with his own show being taken over by 'Saturday Night Live' star Seth Meyers on February 24th 2014. 'I Am Legend' actor Will Smith will be Fallon's first guest on his new show, no doubt discussing his several upcoming movie projects including comedy 'Focus' .

The movie is directed and written by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, and also stars Margot Robbie with whom Will was accused of having an affair in November last year by Star Magazine; a rumour that Margot later fiercely shot down on Twitter.

Also joining Jimmy and Will on the show are U2, who are set to release a new album with Danger Mouse later this year and was recently nominated for an Oscar (and won a Golden Globe) for their spectacular song 'Ordinary Love' which was used in the soundtrack of 'Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom' starring Idris Elba.

While we don't yet know what to expect from the new 'Tonight Show', hopefully ratings will quickly pick up after significantly dropping towards Leno's retirement from the program.
