Rashida Jones Cries Out To Female Entertainers: "Stop Acting Like Whores"
The actress isn't happy with female celebrities who show off way too much skin.
If you ever thought that the bulk of female entertainers seem to nowadays wear little other than nipple tassels and g-strings all the time, then you're not alone, because Rashida Jones thinks the same thing too. The Parks and Recreation star issued a rally call to women everywhere through her Twitter account; put on some clothes and "stop acting like whores."
Rashida has made a name for herself without saucy photo shoots or publicity stunts
Jones, 37, ranted about the current state of acceptability within the entertainment biz regarding how much women flash their skin. Not naming any names, Rashida wanted to attack the culture of stripping down and posting the pictures all over Twitter, calling for women everywhere to have some modesty and keep it under wraps. Her rant wasn't a direct attack towards artists like Miley Cyrus or Rihanna, who consistently appear to wear next to nothing, but was an attack against modern culture and what is considered "the norm" among Hollywood-types and those who look up to these celebs.
"This week's celeb news takeaway: she who comes closest to showing the actual inside of her vagina is most popular," Rashida began her rant with, complete with the hashtag "#stopactinglikewhores."

Her rant continued for another three tweets written on Sunday (20 October), as she continued, "Let me clarify. I don't shame ANYone for anything they choose to do with their lives or bodies...BUT I think we ALL need to take a look at what we are accepting as "the norm"...There is a whole generation of young women watching. Sure, be SEXY but leave something to the imagination."
Rashida finished off her rant with a cheeky shout out to all the men, asking all guys to "show me dat ass."
