Paul Walker's Autopsy: The 'Fast & Furious' Actor Died By Impact And Fire From Car Crash

The 'Fast & Furious' actor Paul Walker died from injuries sustained by impact and burns in the devastating car crash last Saturday (Nov 30th), according to the autopsy.

The L.A. County Coroner's Office released the report on Wednesday (Dec 4th) and it stated the cause of death was from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries."

Meaning Walker did not just die from impact injuries, he also burned to death.

The driver of the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, died from multiple impact injuries alone, been burnt was not stated as a cause of death.

Both of the men's toxicology reports will be available in 6-8weeks which will determine if any alcohol or drugs were in their system. The deaths were officially ruled as accidents by the Coroner's Office.

Co-stars pay tribute to the late actor

Chief Coroner Ed Winter told CNN, "Since two different doctors did the separate autopsies, the difference in the description of their injuries does not mean there deaths were significantly different."

Adding, "It is not known how long each man lived after the crash as the fire began, that information may be included when full autopsy reports are released in several weeks."

The crash occurred when Walker was visiting Santa Clarita for a charity event, on Thanksgiving weekend, hosted by his organisation 'Reach Out Worldwide', the Porche GT, which is notorious for band handling, lost control and burst into flames 500 yards from the venue.

Paul was currently filming 'Fast & Furious 7', which has now been postponed by Universal so cast & crew members can morn his death. Universal will also donate part of the proceeds of 'Fast & Furious 6' DVD sales to Walkers charity.

Paul Walker was 40 years old.
