Margot Robbie has come a long way from the quiet Australian suburban paradise that is Neighbours – the former Ramsey Street resident recently starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill in Martin-Scorcese-directed The Wolf of Wall Street, and is, as you can imagine, in quite some demand.

The confident actress isn’t willing to do anything though. For instance, just because she appeared nude in Scorsese’s Oscar-nominated 3-hour debauchery festival, doesn’t mean she’s stripping off for anyone, as Hugh Hefner found out when she flat-out rejected the chance to do a Playboy spread.

"False... No. Never. I've put my family through enough..." Robbie explained to New Zealand radio station, The Edge. She later quipped that she would only consider posing for Playboy if she was much older and her career had taken a downward turn, adding, "Then I'll give him a call." Ouch.

In a far classier affair, Robbie was featured on the cover of Vanity Fair’s much-coveted Hollywood edition. She’s alongside some pretty big stars, including Julia Roberts, George Clooney, 12 Years a Slave pair Chiwetel Ejiofor and Lupita Nyong’o, Jared Leto and Michael B. Jordan.

She’ll be donning a glitzy frock and accompanying those kind of stars when she hits the Oscars on March 2nd, a night that will mark her remarkable ascendance from daytime TV star to international movie star.

Coming up for Robbie is Z for Zachariah, which is set for release in 2015. It sees a sixteen-year-old girl called Ann Burden survive a nuclear blast in a small American town. Also on the cards is Suite Francaise – a World War II drama in which plays the part of Celine.
