Kanye West is known for loving everything that is fashion, so it must be a dream come true that Adidas are releasing his own signature sneaker.

The 36 year-old rapper was previously affiliated with rival sportswear company Nike, but he famously switched brands this past November (2013) to produce a new sneaker line.

And it has now been announced that the hotly anticipated footwear will be coming out in June.

Kanye confirmed the news while talking about his upcoming new sneaker line at the Adidas Global Brand Conference in Germany.

"Creativity is my oxygen, I have to create. And I don't care how crazy I look to anyone; as long as I can make the best product for all of you," Kanye said during a passionate speech. "So in June, we'll see the new Yeezis."

Nike released the Air Yeezys back in 2009, but after their relationship began to strain, mainly due to the multi-million dollar company not providing the 'Black Skinhead' rapper with the correct amount of royalties, Adidas stepped in to provide everything he desired.

According to Freshnessmag, the new sneaker will be named 'YEEZi', and not a follow on from Nike's original title, which is probably to protect themselves from copyright infringement issues.

West continued to gush to the crowd at the German conference that designing his own sneaker was something he always wanted. "To get to the point to be able to make your own shoe and have people react to it was such an amazing feeling that I could never let that go," he said, adding that this deal isn't just somebody famous securing an advertising deal.
