Kanye West's reputations seems to have taken a turn for the worse across the pond.

The highly controversial rapper didn't amuse the thousands of concertgoers attending London's Wireless festival on Friday night (July 4th).

West was met with unanimous boos from the crowd after he reportedly went on an "extraordinary 20-minute rant" in the middle of his set, according to the Daily Mail.

And unsurprisingly his frustration was due to discrimination within the fashion industry.

While the 'Black Skinhead' rapper wore a bejewelled mask over his face, he allegedly said, "I'm not going to mention any names but... Nike, Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Don't discriminate against me 'cos I'm a black man making music."

Adding, "F**k saving face and what it's supposed to mean, it's about living my dream."

Well it seems the festivalgoers didn't feel the same way as West, and at this moment many decided to leave his gig early due to boredom.

"He was laying into the 'machine' and ranting about the public's perception of him," a source told the newspaper. "Hundreds of people left the park early because they were so bored of his long rant."

Adding, "There was serious booing towards the end of the speech, as people got so fed up and just wanted to hear him perform."

West was the headline act on Friday night, and he will be headlining again on Saturday due to Drake dropping out after contracting an illness.

The Canadian recording artist released his own statement on the matter, which read, "To my beloved fans, it truly breaks my heart that I won't be able to perform as planned at Wireless and Roskilde this weekend."

"I got sick a few days ago and although I am on my way to bouncing back, my doctors have made it clear that I am not physically fit to fly or deliver the performance my fans expect and deserve from me," he added.
