The actress attributes her look to a clean and balanced lifestyle.
Jennifer Anniston has starred in the high-profile (though not so highly rated) comedy We’re The Millers this year, but still it seems like the actress’s look, rather than her work, is getting most of the attention. Still, that’s something to be proud off too, and Jennifer is clearly flaunting all she’s got in a recent fresh-faced selfie, posted on instagram by her longtime stylist Chris McMillan.
Aniston is a longtime proponent of clean living.
"Best #friends #no makeup #girl-time," McMillan captioned the photo with the two of them putting on there best faces for the camera. And boy, is Aniston’s face stunning – even without a hint of makeup. And it’s her secret isn’t anything dramatic – apparently there’s no human sacrifice involved. It’s just a balanced diet, exercise, lots of water and sleep. Who would have thought, right?
The philosophy is definitely working. Check out the picture below.
"I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do ... hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!" she told New York Magazine in July. "Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible."
As for the hair situation, Jen credits McMillan for everything. The stylist has been working with Aniston ever since her Friends days and was even responsible for creating the iconic “Rachel” hairdo. Aniston will also call on him for her wedding to Justin Theroux later this year.
The actress still looks flawless.
