Idina Menzel and John Travolta have patched things up after Travolta accidently called the 'Frozen' actress and singer Adele Dazeem at the Oscars.

The 42-year-old has become a household name since she voiced the character of snow queen Elsa in the animated film Frozen. But with a voice of an angel she ensured the film reach Academy Award winning heights by also singing 'Let It Go' as part of her role.
Unfortunately, Travolta may be out of the loop with regards animated movies as he bumbled through the introduction to her performance of the hit song at the Oscars. He announced Menzel as the "wickedly talented Adele Dazeem," a hitch which Menzel has only recently commented on in an interview with Billboard. Fortunately she's taken the mistake in good humour but said the error "threw me for a minute, but then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was." She even said "please. I mean, I've only benefited from it."

Travolta was apparently mortified and made sure to make amends with the singer and actress which Menzel mentioned in her interview with the magazine. She explained Travolta "was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool." The former Rent star also mentioned Travolta also sent flowers and with so much effort it's likely he won't be forgetting Menzel's name again!
Frozen and 'Let It Go' is currently basking in its post-Oscar glow and Menzel also commented on the song's current position on the music scene. As Billboard pointed out, 'Let It Go' has received little previous radio play and is only beginning to break into the radio top 40 chart. On this matter, Menzel said "I'm just excited to see it break some rules."
