After one week of experiencing parenthood, Klitschko took to Instagram to recall all his achievements from the last 12 months, personally and professionally.

"A review on the year: The birth of my daughter, two successful championship defences and many other achievements on the way," he wrote along with a photo of himself sporting a grey vest with the words "Failure is not an option" printed on the back.

"It was a great year and I'm looking forward to 2015," he added. "I'm ready to take on new challenges!"

As previously reported, Klitschko and Panettiere welcomed a healthy baby daughter, Kaya Evdokia Klitschko, into the world weighing in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measuring 20 inches. "We are over the moon and madly in love!" the happy couple said.

The proud parents first met in 2009 at a book party and dated for two years before splitting up but they reconciled this April (2013). Since their engagement last October (2013), they haven't been able to set a date due to both individuals' busy schedules.

"I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother," the 25-year-old actress told May 2013 issue of Glamour. "Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life." Congratulations!
