Kim Kardashian's shiny posterior seems to be all the internet is able to talk about right now. And while some marvelled at her Jessica Rabbit curves in her daring Paper photoshoot, others are sceptical of her natural beauty.

Kim Kardashian denies surgery

While the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has also firmly denied suggestions that she has had any form of plastic surgery, it seems experts are not convinced judging by her recent naked glamour shots for Paper magazine. The most popular photo features a back shot of Kim Kardashian with a suspiciously tiny waist and seemingly out of proportion derriere smothered in baby oil, and while most are suggesting some serious airbrushing has taken place, others are thinking a more serious procedure has gone underway.

'Kim has had enhancement for sure', Brazilian butt lift expert Dr. Basil Pakeman told New York Daily News. And if a surgeon's word wasn't enough to convince you, he reveals possible proof by pointing out a tiny circular scar on her buttocks. 'That's one of the incision points we use to inject fat during procedures', he reveals.

Furthermore, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Victoria Karlinsky has her own suspicions. 'She looks incredibly thin in the waist and has absolutely no body fat', she says. 'I can't imagine anyone having enough body fat to create something like that.' On the other hand, Paper's editor Mickey Boardman also denied any surgery involvement, though admitted some photo adjustment had occurred on the shoot. 'That is her butt. It is not padded. It is not augmented. That is all really her', he insisted to Us Weekly. 'But, yes, there was retouching to clean things up and make things look amazing. That's what retouching is. It's not building an ass that isn't there or taking 50 pounds off the waist.'
