Hollywood is going fairytale mad this year, what with 'Frozen' becoming such an enormous worldwide hit and several adaptations making waves in the media such as 'Maleficent' and the forthcoming 'Into The Woods'. 'Cinderella', starring Lily James, Helena Bonham Carter and Cate Blanchett, is the next big thing for film folklore, but it seems people are still stuck on the Oscar winning animation featuring Anna, Elsa and friends.

If it wasn't enough that 'Frozen' would be turned into a stage musical, and that the characters would feature in the TV series 'Once Upon A Time', and, of course, that star Idina Menzel had announced a forthcoming sequel to the Snow Queen flick, then how about a short taster of the next chapter in the franchise? 'Frozen Fever' sees Elsa and Kristoff attempt to throw a birthday party for Elsa, but things go a little wrong when she once again loses control of her ability to manipulate snow and ice. There's no word yet on whether we'll be hearing more 'Let It Go' though, or even a brand new tune to sing along to over and over again.

Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, 'Frozen Fever' may only be short, but it will certainly be a welcome addition to the franchise and a perfect precursor to Disney's next fairytale offering.
