As far as musical collaborations go, Eminem and Rihanna have given us some of the best. Between 'Love the Way You Lie' (Parts 1 and 2), 'Numb' and 'The Monster', every time the pair team up it seems to work, and it's no surprise really, considering they're two acts at the top of their game. No surprises then that their six date joint tour is something just a bit special.

Rolling Stone had the scoop on the first night in Pasadena California, which saw the pair collaborate not only on their familiar tracks, but also duet on some others, such as a cover of B.o.B ft. Hayley Williams' 'Airplanes'. Rihanna also sang Dido's part in a rendition of Eminem classic 'Stan'.

The concert was a behemoth with a set list of over fifty songs between the two artists, and also included some tongue-in-cheek visuals, kicking off with a video depicting Rihanna as Clarice Starling and Eminem as Hannibal Lecter in a Silence of the Lambs parody. They were also joined by a live ten-piece band which helped to blend their very different styles together to create something seamless.

However, you'll be lucky to attend on of the Monster shows, as they are only playing six dates, in Pasadena, New York and Eminem's adopted hometown, Detroit. Fans outside the U.S will have to cross their fingers that Em and Rhi decide to take their show on the road!
