Billy Joel and AC/DC. 'You Shook Me All Night Long'. It Happened.
Billy Joel teamed up with AC/DC's Brian Johnson in New York City.
In a frankly unusual live collaboration, singer-songwriter Billy Joel was joined on-stage by AC/DC's Brian Johnson at Madison Square Garden on Friday evening (March 21, 2014). The pair rocked a version of the band's classic single 'You Shook Me All Night Long'.

Joel - who was playing to a packed arena of his own fans - introduced Johnson about halfway through the set, citing AC/DC as one of the best bands he'd see live. The MSG crowd erupted during the few seconds of the rock anthem, reports the Associated Press.
The show was part of a series of concerts by Joel at the Garden, who is performing monthly as an artist-in-residence. Friday's show also included Joel's live staples including 'Big Shot' and 'Uptown Girl' as well as lesser known songs such as 'The Ballad of Billy the Kid'.
Last year, Joel played his first ever indoor Irish show at the O2 in Dublin on November 1. He subsequently played his first UK shows in seven years, playing Manchester, Birmingham and an intimate show at London's Hammersmith. Later, he headlined a solo concert tour at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn - his first concert in New York City for the first time since 2006.
Billy Joel released his last album Fantasies & Delusions - a record of classical compositions - in 2001. It reached No.83 on the Billboard 200.
In November 2012, AC/DC released Live at River Plate, their first live album in 20 years. It is rumored that the band will tour with Aerosmith, following remarks made by Steven Tyler.
