Canadian rock band 'Arcade Fire' reach the top spot the Billboard 200 album chart after debuting their latest studio album, 'Reflektor'.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, in its first week's sales, 'Reflektor' sold 140,000 copies.

This is the bands second No.1 album as their 3rd studio album, 'The Suburbs' (2010), reached the top spot by selling 156,000 copies.

'Reflektor' surpassed Katy Perry's 'Prism' which dropped to second place with 92,000 sales in its second week of release.

Christmas has come early for 'American Idol' singer Kelly Clarkson as her holiday set 'Wrapped In Red' earned the No.3 position with 70,00 copies sold.

Another festive album reached the 4th spot with A&E's 'Duck Dynasty' stars, the Robertson family, debuting their Xmas set, 'Duck The Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas', which sold 69,000.

This marks the first time two Christmas albums have debuted at the top 5. The release dates of festive sets are usually spread out over October and November, making it more difficult to simultaneously debut in the first 5 positions.

Drake's 'Nothing Was The Same' keeps sliding down the top ten with this week landing in the 5th position. Following Drake is the debuts of Thomas Rhett's 'It Goes Like This' at No. 6 with 36,000 and Toby Keith's 'Drinks After Work' at No. 7 with 35,000.

New Zealand's teen star, Lorde,' falls in at No.8 with 'Pure Heroine', selling 34,000 copies and Miley Cyrus is right behind at No.9 with 'Bangerz', shifting 33,000. Finishing off the top 10 is American rock band Linkin Park as they debut 'Recharged', which sold nearly 33,000.

'Reflektor' si Arcade Fire's 4th studio album and was released on October 28th 2013.
