Adele is reportedly preparing her third album - titled 25 - and will head out on an extensive tour in 2015. The World Music Awards announced the record's title on Twitter on Tuesday, also confirming the plans for live shows. The news comes as reports suggest Adele is planning to drop the LP without warning.

The tweet read: "#adele confirms 2015 Tour After The Release Of Her New Album '25'!"

Adele's last album, 21, was the longest running No.1 album on the Billboard 200 chart in over 20 years. It was also named Amazon's highest-selling album of all time.

Little is known about the new record, other than that Adele approached Phil Collins, Diane Warren and One Republic's Ryan Tedder to work on collaborations. The latter worked on Adele's 'Rumour Has It'.

During an interview with Inside South Florida in January, Collins said: "I've just started to work with Adele," he said. "I wasn't actually too aware.I live in a cave, but she's achieved an incredible amount. I really love her voice. I love some of this stuff she's done, too."

Warren reportedly travelled to London to pen a few songs with Adele earlier this year. Later, she told HitFix.com, "It was just great. I don't really write with people and we spent a lot of time together and really clicked and really connected and I really like her as a person.I'm really excited about the stuff we did."
