Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife Maria Shriver lives in fear of what will become of her sharp mind as she gets older - because she worries she'll follow her father into an Alzheimer's hell.
Her dad, politician and philanthropist Sargent Shriver, is struggling with the memory loss disease - and no longer knows who the former U.S. TV newswoman is when she visits him.
And Schwarzenegger's wife admits she's worried she'll become like him.
She says, "I exercise, I eat a lot of broccoli, I don't drink or smoke. I try to stay mentally active.
"But my father was the smartest, most literary, actively intellectual and engaged human being I've ever known - and he got Alzheimer's.
"He still looks terrific but he doesn't know who I am... I try not to freak out. I live in the moment."
