Movie star-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is being asked to consider taking a sexual harassment training course before taking over office officially next month (NOV03).
Political leaders fear the new governor's sexually-charged past will rear up again, and they're trying to encourage Schwarzenegger to take special counselling.
California Senator JACKIE SPEIER says, "I think that all of us in public service have a responsibility to know what the laws of the state are with regard to sexual harassment."
Meanwhile, anti-harassment activists CODEPINK are searching out women who have been groped by ARNIE in recent years, so they can prosecute him for sexual misconduct.
The group protested at many of Schwarzenegger's campaign stops, but have failed to bring charges against him because all harassment claims against Arnie happened too long ago.27/10/2003 02:31
