10 Years Trailer

'10 Years' is the story of group of former high school friends that reunite ten years after their graduation. The reunion brings together best friends Jake, Cully, Reeves, AJ, and Marty; Jake is now in a happy relationship with his girlfriend Jess who he wishes to marry, former jock Cully is now married to his cheerleader girlfriend from school, Sam, Reeves is now a famous musician with fans everywhere while pranksters AJ and Marty haven't really changed in the slightest and are still trying to gain the attention of the beautiful and popular Anna. Things take a heavy turn when Jake's high school sweetheart Mary shows up at the reunion bash and he can't seem to switch off his feelings for the sake of his girlfriend who is clearly troubled by the situation. On the other hand, a new romance looks set to ignite when Reeves runs into his old crush Elise and the group begin to realise that they have far from grown up in the last decade; it's as if their high school lives had been put on standby until they were all together again and could finally pick up where they left off.

What's Your Number Trailer

When Ally Darling asks her boyfriend to accompany her to her sister's wedding, he refuses, saying it sounds too serious if her parents will be there. Holy Rollers Review

Good
Inspired by true events, this darkly involving drug-ring drama holds our interest mainly because we have no idea what will happen to the central character, a smart nice guy played by Eisenberg with a huge dose of charming naivete.

In the Hasidic community in 1998 Brooklyn, Sam (Eisenberg) is clearly struggling to find his place, working for his dad (Ivanir) and betrothed to be married. Then his neighbour Yosef (Bartha), older brother of his best friend Leon (Fuchs), suggests that he could do something on his own, make more money and get more women. So Sam and Leon head to Amsterdam, flying home with a case full of "medicine". When Sam objects, Yosef reminds him that the Jews have been smuggling for thousands of years. And of course the cash helps ease his conscience.

Conviction Review

Very Good
An extremely strong true story is told with emotion and skill, but never really rises above the level of a decent TV movie. This is perhaps due to unambitious writing, which never quite gives us an engaging point of view.

After a tough childhood in rural Massachusetts, Betty Anne Waters (Swank) has always been very close to her hot-headed brother Kenny (Rockwell). So when he's arrested for a vicious murder, she refuses to believe that he's guilty. After all of the appeals fail, she enrols in law school as a mature student and, with the help of fellow lawyer Abra (Driver) and evidence expert Barry (Gallagher), seeks to challenge Kenny's conviction with new DNA evidence. But this isn't nearly as simple as it sounds.

Sam Gold is a good guy, he and his family live in a Jewish Orthodox community in Brooklyn and he's about to marry the woman his family have chosen for him whilst studying to become a Rabbi. His life path has already been set for him, but his neighbor Yosef senses Sam isn't totally happy with the direction his life is taking; he offers Sam a solution to his problems. Yosef introduces Sam to Jackie a man who needs certain 'medicine' transported from Europe to the US. Sam soon realizes that the medication he's transporting is actually Ecstasy pills, even though it's against his way of life, Sam accepts Jackie's offer.

Youth In Revolt Review

Weak
Maybe this would work if you saw it before any other Michael Cera movies. Or any other quirky, over-written rom-coms. But after all that have gone before, this feels strangely awkward and unconvincing. And rather insufferably smug.

Nick Twisp (Cera) is a 16-year-old who feels out of sync with the world. He has a summer job in a caravan park, where he instantly falls in love with Sheeni (Doubleday), the fiercely protected daughter of religious nutcases (Walsh and Place). Sheeni is like a female version of him, only sexy and smarter, and he creates an imaginary alter ego named Francois Dillinger to give him the confidence to seduce her. But of course things go wrong from the start.

Youth In Revolt Trailer

Nick Twisp is an average 16 year old boy, obsessed with the opposite sex yet he never has any luck finding a girl of his own. Whilst on holiday with his unpredictable parents Nick finds a new girl who he feels is right for him, Sheeni. Now the only thing standing in his way is the undeniable fact that, nice guys never get the girl.... there's also a another small problem Sheeni already has a boyfriend.

Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist Review

Good
Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist is a high school fantasy for indie rock nerds.

Imagine if back when you were 17, instead of playing CDs in your bedroom and dreaming about getting up the nerve to talk to a girl or guy, you played bass in a punk band that performed gigs in New York City. After your show, you hopped around the Lower East Side with a cute girl who knew all your favorite I-liked-'em-first bands, and who could get you into any club in town. You and she and your buddies partied until dawn with nary a care for the consequences, the law, or your parents.
