Anne Heche's mothering skills have been called into question by her estranged husband as part of his bid for joint custody of their son, Homer.
Videographer Coley Laffoon has filed papers in Los Angeles, calling the actress an unsuitable mum, who refuses to seek help for her reported psychological issues.
Laffoon, who filed for divorce in February (07), claims the actress' "bizarre and delusional behaviour" could be a problem if she wins full custody of the couple's five-year-old.
In the court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Laffoon claims Anne once didn't put Homer in a car seat and she often swears in front of the child.
The cameraman, who met Heche while shooting a tour documentary about her ex-lover, comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, is also asking for $33,000 (GBP16,500)-a-month in spousal support.
