Anne Hathaway was ''somewhat overwhelmed'' to work with Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan in Batman movie 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
The 29-year-old actress plays Catwoman in the final part of Christopher Nolan's 'Batman' trilogy and she found it daunting teaming up with the 38-year-old star - who plays the superhero in the movie - and the legendary director.
She said: ''Here I am working with Christian Bale, and Chris Nolan is directing me and Wally Pfister is lighting me and I'm in a catsuit. It was somewhat overwhelming.''
Despite her initial worries about starring in the motion picture, Anne admits Christian and Christopher's close working relationship helped her ''relax'' during the early stages of filming.
She added to SFX Magazine: ''I felt so lucky that most of my scenes were with Christian, because he's one of the world's greatest actors and he and Chris do have a shorthand.
''They have such an ease working together that it helped me relax, especially in the early days.''
While Anne enjoyed shooting the movie, she recently likened her Catwoman outfit to ''a psychological terrorist''.
She explained: ''[It was] a psychological terrorist... the suit, thoughts of my suit, changing my life so I would fit into that suit... it dominated my year. I went into the gym for 10 months and didn't come out.''
'The Dark Knight Rises' is scheduled to open on July 20.
