Anne Hathaway performed a spoof sketch of 'Homeland' on 'Saturday Night Live' where she poked fun at Claire Danes' bi-polar character Carrie Mathison.
Anne Hathaway mocked 'Homeland' with a spoof sketch on 'Saturday Night Live'.
The 'One Day' actress poked fun of the popular show by donning a blonde wig for a wacky performance as neurotic CIA agent Carrie Mathison, played by Claire Danes.
Anne had the crowd in stitches as she captured the bi-polar character's habits throughout the first two series - such as pinning all her notes onto cork boards - as well as pulling bizarre facial expressions during the four minute clip.
Bill Hader's impression of Carrie's 'boss' Saul Berenson in the sketch was spot on as he forbade her from interrogating a prisoner, fearing she would sleep with him and ''wash down pills with white wine'' - referring to the first series in which Carrie sleeps with US Marine Nicholas Brody, played by Damian Lewis.
She joked: ''Well if you read US Weekly you'll know that Suri and I spend every waking minute at the zoo.''
The 'SNL' skit also saw the 29-year-old actress play a timid McDonald's manager forced to fire an employee and a woman obsessed with pioneer-era clothes.
Rihanna later took to the stage to debut her new track 'Stay' for the audience.
Anne can next be seen on the big screen as struggling prostitute Fantine in the new adaptation of 'Les Miserables'.
