Anna Faris and Chris Pratt work out together.

The couple - who have been married for six years - regularly exercise at the same time but prefer opting to do the workout at home rather than head to the gym.

She said: ''When I work out with Chris at home, we go through a little routine.

''He has me do lunges and stuff, and the lunges get hard after a while. It's really frustrating when someone you love is telling you how to improve your form!''

But the 38-year-old actress is pretty proud of her figure at the moment and says she has her ''physical'' job to thank.

She added: ''Things are working in my favour right now. My job is so physical. I just don't have time to sit down.

''I'll get, like, a 15-minute break to eat a little bit, and then they're like, 'C'mon, we have to go!' The other thing is that Chris is on a diet, which is helping me.''

And when the pair aren't exercising, they enjoy going on outings with their two-year-old son Jack.

She told Health magazine: ''Chris and I took Jack to the train museum. There were paparazzi, but we were just like, 'It's an odd thing that's happening, but let's not stress or stress Jack out.

''At one point, Chris turned to me and said, 'I don't think I've ever been happier in my whole life.' And I felt the same way.''
