Could Charlie Sheen be back for the 'Two and a Half Men' finale?
CBS has announced that the next season of 'Two and a Half Men' will be the show's last, with speculation that Charlie Sheen could re-join the sitcom's cast for the big farewell beginning to ramp up. Entertainment chief Nina Tassler didn't make any promises to The Wrap though suggested there would be lots of surprises.
Charlie Sheen Is Rejoining 'Two and a Half Men'?
"I would like to see whatever Chuck would like to do," Tassler said. "He has assured us that he has a lot of surprises in store. I don't know if that's one of them."
Sheen was famously booted from the show after causing Chuck Lorre numerous headaches following his high profile binges. However, despite the acquisition of Ashton Kutcher in the lead role, the show has slipped in recent years and co-star Angus T. Jones exited last year after deciding that the show went against his religious beliefs.

Nevertheless, it's been a huge show in syndication and has an estimated value of a billion dollars.
Sheen went on to set up shop at FX with similar sitcom Anger Management and has proved relatively successful, despite flagging ratings.
Two and a Half Men was once the most highly rated show on television and Kutcher commanded a wage of $700,000 per episode when he signed on to replace Sheen. Jon Cryer has been making a tidy $620,000 per episode - so don't feel too sorry that they're losing their jobs guys.
