Angelina Jolie has said her daughter Shiloh, her only biological child, is the "outcast" in her ethnically diverse family.
The Tomb Raider actress - who has adopted three other children from around the world - says the 20-month-old child is the odd one out because of her bright blonde hair.
Jolie and partner Brad Pitt also have six-year-old Maddox from Cambodia, four-year-old Pax Thien from Vietnam and two-year-old Zahara who they adopted in Ethiopia.
But Shiloh's resemblance to her father set her apart from her siblings, the Beowulf star explained.
"She looks like Brad. It's funny because she's almost going to be the outcast in the family because she's blonde and blue-eyed," Jolie said.
The actress said she felt a deep connection to her adopted children because of the pain they had endured in their young lives.
"I felt so much more for Madd, Zahara and Pax because they were survivors," she continued.
"Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born.
"But I'm conscious that I have to make sure I don't ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable."
Jolie is currently filming the Clint Eastwood-directed mystery The Changeling and is expected to receive an Oscar nomination for her role in A Mighty Heart as Mariane Pearl, the wife of journalist Daniel Pearl who was beheaded in Pakistan.
