Angelina Jolie 's youngest daughter is set to follow in her Oscar-winning mother's footsteps as she appears in the superstar's upcoming Disney movie 'Maleficent'.
Vivienne Jolie-Pitt will play the role of young Princess Aurora in the 'Sleeping Beauty' inspired flick who Angelina's character, Maleficent, targets as the subject of her most evil misdeeds. Walt Disney Studios have described the part as a 'minor role' for Vivienne, but we have no doubt that with iconic Hollywood actors Angelina and Brad Pitt as her parents, the talent gene will most certainly have implanted itself. Being fast tracked into an acting career by a mother who has starred in massive blockbusters such as 'Girl, Interrupted', 'Mr and Mrs Smith', 'Lara Croft: Tomb Raider' and 'Changeling' is inevitable, but we are eager to see how Vivienne's new job will inspire her five siblings: her twin brother Knox, 6-year-old sister Shiloh, adopted sister Zahara, 7, and adopted brothers Maddox, 11, and Pax, 8.
The filming of 'Maleficent' began in June and is not expected to be released until March 2014. It seems to have become part of a fairytale movie craze at the moment, with various TV shows and films depicting unique takes on classic Princess stories such as 'Snow White and The Huntsman' starring Kristen Stewart and 'Mirror Mirror' with Julia Roberts which tell the story of 'Snow White' and ABC Tv show 'Once Upon A Time' starring Jennifer Morrison which tells them all.
