Angelina Jolie has been praised for the ''simplicity of the styling,'' in her look at last night's 'Tree Of Life' premiere in Los Angeles.
Angelina Jolie has been praised for the "simplicity" in her styling on the red carpet last night (24.05.11).
'The Tourist' star attended the premiere of her partner Brad Pitt's new movie 'Tree of Life' in Los Angeles wearing a bright red dress by British designer Jenny Packham, who feels she brought the most out of her design.
Jenny told Vogue.co.uk: "I loved the simplicity of the styling. When I designed this dress, the focus was the colour. It is a vibrant flame red with a soft orange hue. Perfect for the summer."
Although Jenny's gowns have been modelled by a wealth of stars - including Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Sandra Bullock, Blake Lively and Jessica Biel - this was the first time Angelina had worn one of her designs, and she was stunned at how gracefully she carried it.
She added: "I always think Angelina dresses with sophistication and elegance. She epitomises Hollywood glamour and her style is reminiscent of Hollywood starlets of the thirties.
"We have worked with her stylist for some time but this is the first time Angelina has worn Jenny Packham. We knew the dress had been selected but, as with all artists, until they hit the red carpet decisions can always been changed at the last moment."
