Hong Kong action star Andy Lau refuses to move into directing because his wild temper would prompt both cast and crew to walk out on him. The heart-throb, famed for his villainous turns in Infernal Affairs and House Of Flying Daggers, insists there are already enough talented film-makers, and actors should stick to what they know best. He says, " I scold people. I sometimes have a bad temper. If shooting isn't going well and I can't control my temper, I may offend a lot of people. "Also, there are a lot of good directors. If people like me perform well in front of the camera, we shouldn't force ourselves into directing."
