'The Amazing Spider-Man' star Andrew Garfield stops outside the venue of 'The Late Show With David Letterman' before his appearance on the show to sign an autograph and take a photo for a young girl in a wheelchair. The girl appears to gesture for a kiss on the cheek and Garfield obliges. He stops for press photos before entering the building backstage.

Garfield, who stars as the Marvel superhero, recently expressed a feeling of disappointment since seizing the role. 'To achieve what you set out to achieve and realise it's not what you want, it's disappointing', he told the Radio Times. 'This role had been something I'd always, always wanted to do. Then you realise it's like any other acting job.'
