Grunge icons Pearl Jam have announced details of a huge tour of Europe and the United Kingdom next summer, including two nights at London’s O2 Arena.
The veteran rockers will be hitting the European continent in June 2018, with their tour kicking off in Amsterdam on the 12th, hitting a number of continental festivals before winding things up at Portugal’s NOS Alive Festival on July 14th.
They’ll be taking in two consecutive nights at London’s O2 Arena on the 18th and 19th of June, representing their only British gigs on the 14-date tour.
It also takes in the Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium and Pinkpop in the Netherlands, before concluding at Lisbon’s NOS Alive alongside prestigious acts like Queens of the Stone Age, The National, Wolf Alice and Future Islands among many others.
Tickets for the tour go on sale on December 8th at 11am.
Earlier this week, the band shared a new track entitled ‘Obey The Law of The Heart’, which is a stand-alone track taken from a new film called Basmati Blues featuring Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson. They also released their most recent concert film, Let’s Play Two, back in November.
Pearl Jam’s last studio album was Lightning Bolt, their 10th LP, and dropped over four years ago back in October 2013. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at the annual ceremony back in April this year, with David Letterman honouring them.
