A chart-topper in their native Ireland last year, 'Getting Through' is the third album from this quartet and The Riptide Movement are now receiving a global push. They've previously supported The Rolling Stones and played Glastonbury to raise their profile, while this year's festival schedule includes slots at T In The Park and the Reading and Leeds events.

They'll also be performing on the Lock Up stage as The Bronx.
Reading & Leeds Festival 2015's ever expanding line-up continues to grow with yet more acts announced to appear across the many stages; some of which are well-established, and some up-and-coming, but all definitely worth experiencing this year.
Kicking off proceedings, Mariachi el Bronx will be bringing a little Mexican spirit to the UK festival - which will be just as well if the English weather lets us down come August. They'll be joining headliners Metallica, Mumford & Sons and The Libertines, plus many more top billing artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Alt J and Bring Me The Horizon.

It's nearly that time again! More stellar acts will again flock to the spectacular Northern city of Leeds for a day of non-stop musical exhilaration. Plus, Live At Leeds 2015 will play host to some stunning new venues, and what better time to experience them?
The Riptide Movement - Oporto - 12:00

The Riptide Movement unveil their debut UK single 'All Works Out' complete with an amusing new video. The single is set to be released on March 9th 2015 through Caroline International and Universal Records.
The video sees a woman being unwillingly sectioned for her hallucinations; she keeps seeing a band pop up everywhere performing the same old song but no-one else can hear it. Undergoing group therapy and being forced pills, she teaches the song to her fellow patients and is subsequently locked up for it. Eventually she stops seeing the band and, sad as it has made her, she checks out of the hospital apparently cured. The song in question is rather an appropriate one for the subject matter of the video, with positive lyrics, strong vocals and a driving rhythm that's ridiculously catchy.
The Riptide Movement are set to release their album 'Getting Through' in the UK soon, after it became a number one, Gold certiftied success in their homeland of Ireland. The album even reached the shortlist for the Meteor Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year, and it's certainly no wonder their three night residency at The Islington, London in February is now totally sold out.
