Julianne Hough and Amber Rose have put to bed their reported ‘body-shaming’ beef on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ this week.

After her performance on Monday night’s episode (October 3rd) with dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the 32 year old model addressed rumours that she had become upset by Hough’s comments on the previous week’s show that Rose’s dance had made her “uncomfortable”, with Rose reportedly thinking that the judge meant her iconic hourglass body instead.

“I felt you weren't talking about my dance,” Rose said to Hough, one of the judging panel, on the evening’s episode, indicating that it was all in the past. “If I misunderstood, I apologize. I'm a very positive person. I don't like to argue or bicker or make things weird, so moving forward, I just want complete positive energy.”

Rose has been awarded $1 million as well as $14,800 a month in child support for their 3-year-old son Sebastian, while Khalifa gets their swish abode in Pennsylvania and ten of their cars including a '69 Chevelle and a Porsche. Plus, they get joint custody of their son, so there's no issue there. According to TMZ, Rose has already got $356k from Khalifa, so there's just $644k more to go.

This was one of the decisions made in court on Friday, when Khalifa (real name Cameron Thomaz) and Rose filled out their divorce papers. For his part, the rapper is challenging his former spouse over custody of their son Sebastian. Thomaz is asking for shared custody.

A surprise split in Celeb Land today as model Amber Rose has filed for divorce from her husband of one year, rapper Wiz Khalifa. The couple have a young son together, Sebastian.

According to TMZ, Amber cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce papers, filed on Wednesday and is asking for full custody of their nineteen month old son. The couple married on July 8th 2013, and Rose posted a photo of the then-happy family on Instagram with the caption "I knew as soon as I met u, u were the one for me sweetheart. Happy 1 year anniversary and many more to come."

In the world of fallen celebrities this week, Chris Brown is out of jail and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran is chair of the “welcome home” committee. Brown got released after spending 80 days behind bars for violating his probation in the Rihanna case of 2009. Back in October of 2013, he got in an altercation in Washington, for which he got a total of 108 days in correctional facilities, including rehab.

Now that Brown is out of jail, will he get back to music?

All of that seemed forgotten at Brown’s 2-in-1 homecoming and birthday celebration – he turned 25 on May 5, but a party obviously wasn’t an option at that point.
