Amanda Seyfried is in negotiations to star in 'Now You See Me'.

The 'Red Riding Hood' star and 'The Kids Are All Right' actor Mark Ruffalo have entered into talks with Summit Entertainment to take leading roles in the magician heist picture, to be directed by Louis Leterrier.

Jesse Eisenberg and Melanie Laurent are already signed up to appear in the movie, about a team of FBI investigators looking into a series of bank robberies committed by the world's greatest illusionists.

Amanda is set to play a technician who builds the tricks required to pull off the heists, while Mark will play the main FBI agent tasked with hunting them down.

'Star Trek' screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are producing the project.

Amanda has a number of big movies coming up, including 'In Time' with Justin Timberlake, and Justin Zackham's 'The Big Wedding' with Robert De Niro.

Mark is currently shooting highly-anticipated Marvel movie 'The Avengers' as The Hulk.
