Amanda Bynes' troubles have not yet ceased as she is declared not medically fit to stand trial by her attorney for the 2012 DUI arrest when she hit a police car with her BMW.

Life does not get easier for the former Nickelodeon actress.

According to RadarOnline her legal team filed a report at the LAX airport courthouse Tuesday morning (24th Sept) stating their client isn't competent to stand trial in her DUI case.

The 27 year-old still remains in long term mental health care in Southern California. Her mother Lynn, has been granted temporary conservatorship who oversees her daughter's finances and health after she started a fire on a driveway near her parents' home.

TMZ confirmed later on that the judge has shown concerns for Amanda and the report has been passed on to the mental health court, following this a judge will determine if the actress is not fit to stand trial.

Bynes attorney, Richard Hutton, confirmed this to E!News , "The mental health court will examine Bynes and determine her competency to stand trial."

Since the 2012 incident, Bynes life has been very much in the public eye as her erratic behaviour from unprovoked personal attacks on other celebrities via her twitter account to trying to use Google as a form of identification after being rejected from boarding a plane, has been heavily publicized this past year.

The former 'Amanda Show' star is clearly not well and she still remains under psychiatric hold since June 22nd (2013) with her doctor requesting her hospitalization to be extended for another 30 days on August 8th 2013.
