US rockers All-American Rejects have frontman Tyson Ritter's fitness regime to thank for their hits - because he comes up with tunes while he's running. The pin-up singer/songwriter once weighed over 200 pounds (90.7 kilograms) and started jogging to get into shape - and that's when ideas for tunes popped into his head. Ritter says, "I ran five miles every day. I wrote the first record doing that. "I'd run over to NICK's (bandmate WHEELER) and be like, 'Here's what I thought of when I was running.'"
