Between being a singer, writer, producer and a mother, it's hard to see how Keys find the time to write new material, and perform with such gusto. But she does it, and does it masterfully. Speaking about the recording process of her album, the 31-year-old singer previously said: 'Before making this record, in some ways I felt like a lion locked in a cage. I felt like a girl misunderstood that no one really knew, I felt like it was time to stop making excuses for any part of my life that I wanted to change. Next up for the confident soulster in 2013 is a U.K tour, starting with nights in Liverpool and Newcastle on the 18th and 19th of may respectively, followed by Belfast on the 21st, Manchester on the 24th and Birmingham on the 25th. It seems at the age of 31, Keys shows no signs of slowing down.
