Soul sensation Alicia Keys has inked a deal to write two books - and one's her lifestory in her own words.
The FALLIN' singer, 23, has agreed to provide publisher G.P. PUTNAM with two tomes - one a collection of poetry and lyrics called SONGBOOK and THE DAIRY OF ALICIA KEYS, her biography.
Fans will be able to buy the books from Autumn 2005, with paperback versions hitting shelves in 2006.
Putnam president Carole Baron enthuses, "It isn't everyday you are offered the opportunity to publish someone as unbelievably talented as Alicia Keys.
"Her story is as inspiring as it is astonishing, and we are excited to be publishing her story, in her own words."21/05/2004 12:51
