'Fallin' singer Alicia Keys - who is pregnant with her first child - is ''fine'' following her fall on stage at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans at the weekend.
Alicia Keys and her unborn baby "are fine" following her fall on stage at the weekend.
The 'Fallin' singer - who is pregnant with her first child with her fiance Swizz Beatz - was performing at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, when she fell backwards, tripped and landed on her bottom.
The 29-year-old star, who is due to give birth in September, was wearing four-inch heels at the time of her slip.
Her spokesperson said: "Alicia and baby are fine and all is well."
Following the incident at the festival - where she performed alongside LL Cool J, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson and Estelle - Alicia flew to New York City for the wedding of her hip-hop producer lover's mother.
Alicia and Swizz Beatz - real name Kaseem Dean - have been dating since 2008 and plan to get married later this year, after his divorce from his first wife Mishonda Tifrere is finalised.
