Various Artists - Herv' Presents: Cheap Thrills Volume 2 Album Review

Review of Herv' Presents: Cheap Thrills Volume 2 Album by Various Artists

Herve releases 'Cheap Thrills Volume 2' on his label Cheap Thrills highlighting contemporary, cutting edge, bass thumping electro dance music. Following the release of 'Cheap Thrills Volume 1' that became iTunes European compilation of the year, it would only be fitting to release another example of new tunes from the label. Indeed Cheap Thrills is becoming regarded as a good source of electronic music to come from the UK.

Various Artists Herv' Presents: Cheap Thrills Volume 2 Album

Popular track 'I Think I Like It' by Fake Blood is a good example of the zany and playful nature of the label. Trevor Loveys 'Fussin'(exclusive to the CD) is a quality banging electro tune and there's even garage from rising stars C.R.S.T with 'Keep Holding On'. 'Cheap Thrills Volume 2' is a two disc set, Disc 1 is an unmixed collection of some of the hottest new tunes around whilst disc two is made up of the same songs but mixed by Herve - just to show you how it's done! The compilation highlights good contemporary dance music that is relevant. Pretty cool stuff!
