AISHWARYA RAI, the 37-year-old Indian actress and former Miss World, sparkled in a bronze Giorgio Armani gown at the Academy Awards yesterday (27th February 2011), reports NDTV.Rai posed for photographs in an on-trend shimmery gown, joining the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Mandy Moore who also opted for sequined numbers. The actress matched her gown with a Jimmy Choo clutch bag, vintage jewellery and smoky eyes. She walked the red-carpet with husband Abhishek Bachchan, who donned a traditional black tuxedo. Other fashion highlights at yesterday's ceremony included 'Black Swan' star Mila Kunis, who donned a lilac ELIE SAAB dress and Hilary Swank, who wore a glistening silver Gucci dress. Hailee Steinfeld, the 14-year-old star of 'True Grit' who was nominated for 'Best Supporting Actress', wore a fifties-style dress by Marchesa.
